weight lost foods
hi i realy need help whit what i can eat to loose weight am very unhappy with weight i do exercise i have started for a week now but now i need a proper diet.

Healthy suggestions....
Proteins: Chicken breast, egg whites, protein power (before and after workouts), low fat cheese, fish, lean cuts of beef/pork
Carbs: Oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, quinoa, whole wheat couscous, brown rice, whole wheat bread
Fruits: apples, oranges, bananas, grapefruit ect
Veggies: asparagus, spinach, green beans, brussel sprouts (yuck), mushrooms, peppers, zucchini, cucumbers, brocolli...ect
If you want to provide your height/weight/age/gender it will help in determining how many calories a day you need to be consuming. Also, what are your specific goals? How much weight do you want to lose?

Need to see how you currently eat, to see if some or many changes are required.
Also be aware that whilst things like Brown Rice and Whole-wheat foods are good, (as mentioned above), they have a good Amino Acid content, so you need to bear that in mind, incase you eat those with a Flesh or Fish source, and eat too much Protein.
So that means, Flesh / Fish, with Veggie ars for example, or reduced portions with things like Legumes, and Whole-grains / grains.
