This is a list of all the food I eat during, well , life heh.
Pls notify me if there is something which I shouldn't or notify me about details. I will be asking some more questions after.
Brown rice (twice a week)
Pasta (once a week)
how much times am I allowed to eat these per week?
Poultry (chicken,turkey etc)
All kind of meat
Salads (vegetables,corn and tomatoes mainly)
Fruit (oranges,apples,pears,peaches,bananas)
Oatmeal and Special K (for breakfast obviously)
3 eggs a day (2 whites, 1 full)
Canned tuna in brine
Cheese (low fat)
Almonds,
Cup of milk (only 1 in a day)
Yogurt low fat (1 in a day)
about these is it ok for me to have a cup of milk everyday along with 1 yogurt per day?
Olives, olive oil and capers
and
Brown bread -
are 4 slices a day good or bad? I currently keep bread as much as I can out of diet, I rarely have. or is it ok to have 4 slices a day at college?
What should I stop eating?
What more should I try to eat? I want more good food Smiler

Those foods don't look too bad. As for veggies... you might also include some green veggies in your diet: spinach, asparagus, green beans, brocolli as corn isn't necessarily the best veggie (has more calories, carbs, and sugar than other options). For the pasta, whole wheat is best. You said you're eating "all kinds of meat"... remember lean meat is always best.
When are you eating these foods? How often are you eating? What are your fitness/nutritional goals? Maybe show an example of a typical day... what foods you're eating and when. :)

- depens what time your having the pasta/rice...if you do wts 7 everyday (which i hoe you aren't) than you can have them every day providing your eating them after wts
- chhese is fine and so is yoghurt but i'd probably only have you have one a day not both
- i have 2 slices of multi grain bread a day but only after training...4 might be too many, bread doesn't digest that great
