Ive been getting involved in soccer so thats great. Im planning to lose the fats on thighs and getting them toned.
So im going to do cardio in the morning 30mins of jogging.
Lunges, Wall Squats, Situps and Crunches. I do not have access to gyms yet.
And the thing about nutritional intake is that, im from asia, so i need rice! and we serve like dishes which i have no idea how much fat or calories or carbs are inside.
