Hey guys ive been squatting for awile now and i think form is decent but im looking for perfect form. I see alot of guys at the gym doing horrible squats and there deffinantly going to blow a knee or back. I see knees coming far out infront of there feet i see pointed toes and i see people not pushing the hips back and taking the weight on there heels. but question is does anobody know where i can find a good video of perfect squat form. ive tryed youtube and see alot of guys say from is good when its not hoping someone could point a good one out
different sized people will have different "bad" spots during their squat depending on their limb length and mobility capacity...as long as you break at the hips first you'll be right for the most part...toes can come over knees, so long as you can still kep the wt going through the heel and not towards the toes...here's one, not the greatest angtle though...
