Is it safe for me to perform plyometrics exercises, iread somwere on the web that your not supposed to it if you are still growing, am 15 yrs old

same things as weights, if done with intelligence, followed and correctly your more than 100% safe

depends what you want to use them for....
if your wantiong be be faster and be able to jump higher than your best getting your squat and/or deadlift numbers up to 1.5 x your bodyweight
if wanting them for conditioning then use very low level variations such as lateral cone jumps, low box jumps etc
