I have an athletic body type but a major Beer Gut. I want to be put on a routine that allows me to gain muscle mass, as well as, losing all that excess stomach fat that I have. Does anyone have any suggestions, about workout routines, meal plans.
I have been in the gym 4 days a week for the past 5 months. 40 mintues weight training and 20-30 cardio. I am seeing results with everywhere on body except stomach. beer gut is still there. Anything would be appreciated!!
