Hey i do deadlifts once weekly but im worried about from im not sure how bad it is but i often have trouble getting butt back far enough to clear knees good, i was wondering if sumo deadlifts offer the same positives as the regular roman one???
stretch hip flexors, quads, itb's and again work on hip mobility (search get your butt in gear" by eric cressey)...also "pull' yourself down to the bar before lifting to get in the right position...and decrease the wt too
