Hey guys i was just wondering if any of you guys out there just get tired of your protein after taking it for awhile and try and spice things up with the blender and some fruits i was wondering is this a good idea/bad idea and its effects of digestion plus i was wondering if you guys have any good recipies
Don't mix Fruit in there, as you might affect the digestion of Fruit.
You could try adding things like a bit of Fresh Cream or Yoghurt into a Protein shake, and then maybe adding things like Chocolate Sprinkles, for example.
at the grocery store i go to i noticed that they are now selling the torani syrups near the coffee section. There's a lot of flavors. I bought the sugar free vanilla and it's tastes pretty good with mixed with the shake.
