How to work around a rotator injury

Post by Natan »

I injured right rotator a few months ago ,,I need to rest chest but I dont wanna loose any hard earned muscle in the process, I think i should cut form 12 sets a week to 6 sets a week for chest, also with high reps light weights.

For 2 weeks I have done no chest at all but from next week I must return to working chest and for 4 weeks this is planned chest workout:

Wide grip push ups : 2 x1 5
DB Inclined Bench Press: 2 x 12
DB Flat Bench Press to Fly: 2 x 12

is this workout light enough?,,or too light?,, what grip is best to use?,,, please advice me on how to work wround shoulder injury

Many thnx

do not do anything that you posted there...

instead pop "getting a training effect when injured" by tony gentilcore in google, read, learn and do what it says
