Im 5'7" and weigh 195lbs. I would like to lose about 20lbs.
What i've read says i should eat like 2000-2500 calories per day. I have been eating a strict diet of
-eggs
-tuna
-oatmeal
-spinach
-salad
-brown rice
-chicken breast
-protein shakes (post workout)
-fruits
-veggies
I feel satisfied eating around 1600 calories per day. Will I be able to lose weight faster if i eat only 1200-1600 calories per day and work out, or do i HAVE to eat over 2000 calories???
