Post by ankur29 »

what is this ? i have seen it around teh web and fear that i may have it as i have noticed that arm is unproprtional and looks like a twig the back of arm tricpes are thin and narrow, arm barely has meat on it unlike the rest of body) ,when i flex biceps they curl up to the top of arm like a disgusting tennis ball, do i have a distal rupture , i only noticed it when i started to work out about 2-3 months ago , if so what should i do?

ha ha.

Just plain normal ... Now stop doing curls, lift heavy on heavy moves and eat 8 meals a day with solid proteins and veggies.

Now read all this :

http://steelmuscle.freeforums.org/desig ... -t131.html

It was written with love by swanso and Explain the basics of "bodybuilding"

And one one supplements before you ask questions about it :

This one was written with love by Boss

After you read all those, come back with questions

No it was written with an air of caution. I inform members, not flirt with them

arms used to look like that when I first started as well. In order to "fill out" the bottom do your preacher curls like normal but be sure to extend your arms lower so that your lower bicep is worked as well. Same applies with all types of curls. Took me about 3 months to correct it and get rid of that "lack of muscle" like yours.

Good luck!

preacher curls do not isolate the bottom portion of the biceps....they feel like they do because that's the hardest phase of the movement but they don't
