Only things I take are Protein Powder, and Glutamine before bed.

I don't take anything you could say has food based content like Fish Oil Quercetin, etc etc, or anything herbal.

I could do but I feel I need to be economical for money.

Basic pharmaceutical grade. There are no real different kinds to understanding, so just a basic one if you choose to.

Have you guys ever looked into prebiotic fibers? There are a lot of foods out there that offer these beneficial components. One example is the food made by LiveActive. Are any of you familiar with it?

Are you talking about things like Lactobacillius and Bifidus, those sorts of things?

If so you can get quite a few yoghurts, like Actimel, Yakult, etc etc that have those Gut Bacteria in, or you can buy something called Nattokinase, which is fermented Soy, with a Bifidus culture added, should ingesting yoghurts not be the individuals thing, or they're Lactose intolerant.

I'm not talking about anything so complicated. Prebiotics simply feed the good bacteria in your body and lead to making you feel better.

Well it isn't complicated to consume Bacterial Yoghurts, but obviously in the case of what you are talking about, that works as well, although I believe there probably is a difference between feeding Bacteria and topping up Bacterial levels.
