Waterbury method need some clarification

I have read alot on this now and ive decided to give one of his methods a try but i was wondering what is 6RM and 34RM stuff mean i know 1 rm is your maximum 1 Max rep so is it 6 max reps ect... becuase in his method i has sets/reps and under that it has 10x3 @ 6RM like that could someone help out plz

Do ten sets of 3 reps at the weight of your 6 rep max.

basically the point of hid programs is to get all sets and reps listed...so if it days to do 4 x 6, you should all 4 sets at 6 reps and if you've picked it perfectly, the last rep of the last set is the last rep you could do

alright so say it 4X6 for dips i can deffinantly do more dips then that so i should add weight to myself or what or pick a different program?
