Well...I posted on here a few months back (August i believe?) and I have done the worst possible thing i could do...shortly after school started i ate more than i used to, and eventually gained all the fat i lost and even more...i spent a month and a half tryin to burn fat and was doin soo good until this happened to me and now i'm literally beating myself up over it...but after looking at the success stories and the new things on shapefit, i want to start over...i'm now 16, i weigh currently 188 and am 5'5, and have a ton of /thigh fat and i really want to get rid of it...can anyone please help me with diet? i know how to do the exercising, i just need a well balanced diet...and also, i have still never been able to figure out how to eat 6 meals a day, when i try it, it doesn't work out...can someone please explain it? sorry lol

- split your bigger meals into 2 meakls and there's 2 meals extra there (lunch/dinner)

go to diet section and read "...before posting read this..."
