how the hell do they do that?
OK. in gym in school we are playing dodge ball and there are lots of guys that just throws the ball so hard and fast...and some of them are super skinny( no muscle ) and some are really fat. what i don't understand is that i'm pretty strong but i can't throw a ball nearly as half hard as they can...how do they do that? is there like a trick to throw a ball or something? or am i just really weak?
It's probably something to do with your form. Make sure you are transferring your weight from your hind leg to the front leg that you plant with. I.e. if you are right handed, left leg plants forward and right leg stationary. Be sure to follow through! I doubt you are weak, you probably just have poor technique.
