if doing sprints 2/week then 2 low intensity long duration type sessions at most should be added...i would try 1 and see how you go with that 1st...i think i might have wrote that but now i think that yopu should do 1 all out sprint session and the 2nd one should be working up to about 70% as it could over tax the nervous system thus overtraining...maybe try 1 all out session then 2 long duration cardio sessions

The best thing - mix jogging with sprinting. for example - 1 minute jog, followed by a 10 second sprint each minute for however long you want to go for (no longer than 30 minutes because you can always decrease your jogging time)

Sprints are a great form of cardio, but don't do other cardio EVERY day that you don't do sprins. How much and what type of cardio you do depends on your goals and your fintess level. If you are just looking for fat loss, 2 longer, steady state sessions in addition to 2 sessions of sprints may be adequate. If you have goals of cardiovascular improvement add 3 days of longer cardio. If you goal is building muscle, just the 2 days of sprints is probably good. But, this all depends on other factors of your experience and whatnot.

Sprinting is very tasking so I doubt you would need to do any additional work. It is largely anaerobic, but that works your cardiovascular system too. The only concern would be if you weren't able to sprint for very long periods, in which case it might not stress the system enough to adapt, so you might pick a less intense actiivty to do for longer durations for cardio.
