Creatine benefit from phosphate conversion, pretty good.

Creatine benefit from power increases better when you're 170-180lb's plus, lean ior leani-ish, not when you're lower than thart weight wise, as less strength equals less power, and less power equals less increase.

Think about it.

Ever seen pictures of some guy in a Mag, (if you ever read those, I used to, but not now), with a 230lb ripped frame, snarling during some heavy Curls, and saying he got about 50lbs more on his Bench after using crap like Celltech, (to promote Celltech of course)?

He might because he was 220-230lbs anyway, but someone who's 150lbs for exampole, sure as heck won't get a 50lb increase on Bench, be lucky to get about 10-15.

So get diet straight, and when weight goes higher, and you're more solid then do it.

Also as an example, I once said this same thing on another site, and some guy proclaimed great results for him, and couldn't understand comments about getting better power, when you're more solid.

I said becasue I'd used it years ago, and with poor results.

Then again, this guy's site did have an on-line shop that did sell Creatine, and surprise surprise he was about 175-180 lbs ripped. Two good reasons to espouse it's benefits in book  Real good advise to give a Fat guy, with an average bench press, looking to trim up

Hay ho.

Anyway another time another place.

Nope, no need. It would give some benefit of course, (unless the person is a non responder), but if they're stronger and have more power, they'd get a better result off it.
