I am from India and
* age is 21.
* weight: around 58 kgs.
* Build: thin
well i wanna start workouts as a beginner.
well few things i wanna tell:
* i can eat only vegetables and eggs. no non-veg food.
* i am smoking 10-12 ciggerrates a day from past 3 years
can you pls help me out in terms of the following:
* what are the workouts i must do at home to gain stamina as i don't wanna go to gym as really stamina is quite low. first let me build stamina than will definitely go to gym. pls suggest beginners exercises for me.
* regarding diet: can i take 1-2 glass of milk + 1-2 eggs + 1-2 banans (all grinded together) in the form of shake.
* regarding meals: what must be the proper balance of diet in terms of protein/carb etc.
* masterbating will affect body in any way?

If you want physical results, that will test your mental ability. If you cave in and have one, it will attest to whether you can get good physical progress, if the mind is not being strenghened also, so do what needs doing, cut them up, or burn them, etc etc, but destroy them, and stay off them. That is a MUST.)

(do some kind of circuit thing. I posted one a few times on here, so go on the search facility, type name in, and then try searching for words like burpees, or spotty dogs, or jumping jacks etc etc, and you should find an old post of mine with a circuit on, and instructions.)
* regarding diet: can i take 1-2 glass of milk + 1-2 eggs + 1-2 banans (all grinded together) in the form of shake. (No, as the Eggs will interfere with digestion of the Fruit. I'd eat the Fruit, give it 10-15 minutes to digest, then have the Eggs Scrambled, then drink the milk.)
* regarding meals: what must be the proper balance of diet in terms of protein/carb etc. (Depends. Some people say for diet 30% Protein, 50% Carbs, 20% Fats, or some say 40/40/30, or some say all of them in equal measures. I would say ot start with try the 30/50/20 method, but depends on the calories your eating daily, as to what amount of Protein 30% actually is for example.)
* masterbating will affect body in any way? (Uses up energy, increases fatigue, that would be obvious ones. May slightly increase Metabolism but couldn't say for certain.
Definitely will increase Heart rate though, so you might want to quit bashing the bishop, if you're on a Fat Burner, incase you increase side effects)
- you'll need some protein substitutes (shakes, tofu or whatever you ahve over there)
- give up the smokes
- search "your body is a barbell" by alwyn cosgrove and do as written
- ideally you want about 40% protein and 30% carbs/fat
- if it feels good do it (back in 10.....)

for make the stamina you have to leave the smoking , and take care about your diet, and exercise, to make good stamina.
these are some exercise you can do at your home
start doing some push up
start walk(morning time) around 4 km/day
if you have dumbbells at your home then you can do some light weight exercise with that. in starting don't try to hard exercise.
