Multivitamin

Post by cooldreamz83 »

Hello All,

I am exploiting this site  to achieve fitness goals and the suggestions here are very helpful.

I have been suggested to use GNCs Mega Men Multivitamin. There are many product under this label like Mega men Joints, sports and Multivitamin. Which is the best one to consume.

I exercise 5 days a week.

Thanks,
Dhawal

I use the Mega Man Multivitamin. I was told that it is time released, so your body will get more, and it wont be dispose3d of in your urine. After you take it regularly, if you miss a dose you will definately feel a difference.

Hey guys, I want to say that I'm new at this and am glad to be posting. These multivitamins always seem kind of sketchy to me. I'd watch out with these things because they can have some negative effects to your health. Of course, I have no way to back this up but just be careful. Good luck.

i'm pretty sure that no multi is detrimental to anyone's health...they might not be all they claim they are but they're not unhealthy by any stretch

They possibly could be.

Some don't digest all that well, and if there is possible vitamin toxicity, or mineral competition, from the Micronutrients in your diet, it's best to limit Multi intake to be on the safe side.

You should only need about 1/2 a day, to boost Micronutrient ingestion anyway.

"possibly" and "could" are concerning enough for me...i think it;s stretch that that would occur and if it does, it's not the multi doing it, it's your diet as stated...treat the problem not the symptoms
