Left over flab

Post by audilover »

I know this has probably been posted serval times already. But i have lost body fat (not weight) but gained alot of muscle.

issue now is basicly lower abs and the left over flab on stomach. I dont know wheather it is that I need to tighten up diet or what. I began doing the South Beach diet with wife and lost several inches in the first week and kept it up for a month. This was just to give me a bit of a push then I continued to eat healthy. And when I didnt I was consious of what I was eating.

Im a weekend warrior at the guy. thats basicly the only time I have during the week. However, I do have time to fit in bench press, squats, curls (dumbell and bar) and do perfect pushup routine. but I think that im missing something here.

Someone please help!

Thanks.....sorry for the long story

1 - yes tighten up diet but don't diet...diets don't work, systems do

2 - if you're struggling for time than curls and perfect push ups (no better than normal one's anyway) are the least of your worries...get into deadlifts, olympic lifts, chin ups and rows along with bench presses...and sprints too

go to diet section and read "read before posting..." which will be a sticky when bossman sees it
