a trainer at gym told me that women dont need to do flat bench presses,...he said its better to do the incline press...is this true? I've always done flat bench but because I was out of the gym for a few years, I'm wondering if he's right
I would agree. Unless he was going to quantify that statement, by saying something like, Inclines not overexerting tension on the Mammary tissues, or something vaguely plausible, then ignore it.
