back pain

i havent done any hard type of exercise in a while. when i tryu to move alot furing for instance an p/u basketball game or football. lower back (tenses) that what i call the symptom. it tightens up pretty bad.after the game i walk around like i have a gopher up . what can it be. i have always had this problem . i dont know if its do to inactivty, fatness, of lack of strechin.

yes due to inactivity and muscle flexibility , excess fat on your abs or lower back , the solution is very simple : just do do some exercices like crunches (3 sets) ,leg raises(3sets) to to strengthen yor abs ( and indirectly they strengthen the lower back) and do some sets of hyperextension roman chair for your lower back .
you can train your abs 3 times per week and your lower back 2 times .
