Chinese eat Bulls penis.

There's also something in the far east called Monkey Brains, (for real).

Also live Monkey Brains. They get a Monkey, stick its head through a table with a hole in the middle, clamp the Neck in place, using a clamp underneath, so it can't escape, hit it on the Head to kill it, get a saw type device, slice the top of the Skull off, scoop out the Brains and serve it.

The other Monkey Brains thing is where they freeze them.

Fortunately it is not considered impolite or rude to forgo eating the Brains.
