I am new here, but I certainly wish I found this site sooner. It is great to find a forum on nutrition, exercise, and diets.
I am 24 now, but I am starting all over with food, workouts, and diets. I was one of those teenagers who took Hydroxycut, Lean Sys 7, Xenadrine, you name it, I've tried it. Well... anything that has been approved at GNC that is. I didn't use them like I was supposed to. I used to take way more in a day then recommended, or took them to compensate for eating a burger and fries.
I have spent the last two years cleaning up system and have not used one weight loss supplement. I found that since I wasn't relying on those pills I was able to clean up diet.
I am curious to try using supplements -- the RIGHT way now -- but am unsure of what really works.
I am curious about TrimSpa, NV, and Hoodia. Do you have any tips, or comments about those products?
