just recently i have realized that left triceps is bigger then right one. i have no clue why. i am right handed too. please help.

maybe concentrate more on deadlifting your bodyweight than your tricep symmetry...it proaby isn't really but rather looks more like it is but in the scheme of things i wouldn't even bother with it

if you meant core abs,
Plank,
Prone Ab Brace
Stomach vacuum (beginners)
When your able to do them all for 2 minutes i think you should focus more on your lift, but still abs muscles are very important in squating, deadlifting, lunges and every overhead exercises.
