trouble with mom and stuff :D

Post by DevilWrath »

OK i started with a 20 pound dumbell for about 4 month then i jumped to a 30 pound dumbbell and now, the 20 pound dumbell feels like a 15 pund dumbell!
it's suppose to be like that right?
and also mom kept on say not to lift weights because she think that it will make bone frame big i'm 15 btw. is it going to change bone structure?
But i lift weights because i want to get stronger and lose fat
also, after a really intense training i get sore muscles and it takes about 4 days to heal but when i go back to training i feel that i'm weaker ( i can't lift as much) is it normal?

- well as you get stronger the same wts will feel lighter, yes
- wts will not stunt growth or anything...only hormones do that and one's you need to take, not your natural one's
- you shouldn't be sore 4 days later...how long does each session go for and how many sets are you doing each session?

oh thank goddness that it doesn't affect growth.

you'll always get sore after a layoff which is why you should never stop because the body isn't used to dealing with the stress (wts)
