Ah. I showed a friend of mine the list of exercises, in hopes that he could show me how to do them, lol and he told me I was to weak to do almost all of them. Ha. I've been using his CrossBow to work out, and he has some 20 lb weights that I've been using. Its just I have to work around his schedule in order to work out. Ahem.

Tasha,

I recommend you not eliminating CHO, they are you body's preferred source of fuel. If you are trying to manage your weight, overall calories is what you want to watch, not eliminating a food group. Managing portion sizes is key. People may tell you to restrict CHO because they make you "gain weight." Weight gain results from energy imbalance, eating more calories (energy) than you burn, whether they come from protein, CHO, or fat.
