Hey again all....i'm trying to keep carb intake significantly lowered, and already, i am seeing progress...but i want to make sure i'm not doing more harm than good...can you pelase tell me if this is too little carbs?
typical total carb intake for the average day looks like this:
2 slices natural bran or whole wheat bread
starchy veg such as a small sweet potato or carrots
brown rice (I alternate between this and the sweet potatoes)
a serving of whole wheat crackers (some days i dont have these)
workshout routine:
3-4 days of 45-60 mins cardio (medium-high impact)
weight-training right after for 30-40 mins
TOO MUCH OR TOO LITTLE?
