good job, make sure you do what your supposed to do (correct technique, provide the right information etc) as i know you will...don't be intimidated by those "big boys" who think they know it all either...you wouldn't believe how many "i've been training longer than you've been alive" comments i've had (i'm 29 but look early 20's) which means shit to me as i'm in shape and there still sporting their guts...if you need any info just post

at local gym big guys aren't arrogan and take advice gently. When someone for exemple look at your form and tells you what you should correct etc. that's always welcome by intelligent guy ... I also give advice about nutrition and plan design (I love that ! Even if it's not job to do so, when we have the time it's always fun to talk about this, you don't know how many people have misconcept about diet :1200 calories a day is bad LOL)

Most of the people at gym wish they looked like me at 17 and acccept aids so I'm really happy with new job

If one days some "big boys" try to make their all-knower they will loose some usefull help so euh haha

To come back to diet, I don't know why many guys and women at gym looking for fat lost are always undereating, underestimate weights training and only do long steady cardio ... I'm doing best to inform all of them and give them the truth about fat lost, witch is in fact very simple :)

I wish gym had people that voluntarily gave good advice. I go there on an average of 5 times a week, and only one time have I ever had someone give me some constructive criticism on a lifting technique. The men that are in the best 'shape' stick together in a pack and work their upper body every single day. I don't think I have ever seen them even do a single squat in 9 months.

It really makes me wonder.. are 99% of the people who lift weights daily ignorant of what they are doing?

I think a mojority of people misconcept training, as you said many guy will only work upper body with very high volume (3hrs at gym only for biceps/chest ... what a mistake) while most women will do 3hrs of steady cardio ... Same thing for diet, those who want to lose fat tend to undereat and those who want to put mass don't know that diet is the key, not adding another set lol

It's a new job for me but I,m sure that soon somes will start to ask about creatine, steroids, and some shitty supps such as NaNO vapor or Xpand for more pumps LOL

For advices on exercises form that's a part of our job ... For any other advices, on diet and workout plan, that's an extra ahah When you like your job and you love everything that touch fitness, sport nutrition, workout plan and strengh training I just can't let someone do something stupid ...
