dramatic weight flux
i weigh about 215 (6'1" large frame dont quite look that big), but everyday it goes up and down by about 3 pounds, i figure this is due to excessive or inadequate intake, and low glycogen levels. aside from eatting like a dog-which i dont have time for-what can i do?
Natural. Weight will fluctuate, things like Food consumption, Waste product storage etc etc, it's okay to have that happen.
However you need to be refocusing on training and diet, to make sure weight goes down a bit more. Minor daily fluctuations like you described will happen it's a natural daily thing.

Had forgotten that, but the stats were something I was looking at.
Even at that level of weight, gaining could almost certainly require A.A.S, or all you'd be gaining might be Fat.
All I could see was someone, who potentially was carrying a bit more Fat than necessary, for their goals.
Most really serious lifters under 6ft, are on A.A.S at your weight, and a lot of those over 6ft are too, so if you're not using which is clear, your may be a bit high considering, that's all.
I'm not saying you should start A.A.S, but if you're trying to get more mass at a weight like that, it might mostly be Fat weight, and diet is possibly giving you a slightly higher fat level than needs be, and if you gain too much additional Fat mass at 215lbs, you may be a slight possibility, you could end up lifting a bit less weight, if you affect power to weight ratio too much.
