Can someone recommend something good for breakfast?
I don't like cereal since cereal companies tend to put SO MUCH sugar that it's just not that healthy anymore.
Bacon, egg, and cheese have too much saturated fat and cholestorol for taste. And yet it seems like those are the ONLY thing on breakfast menus in American restaurants.
Oatmeal is ok, but it doesn't seem to give me enough energy
and I can't eat it everyday(I need some variety).
What other options do I have for Breakfast?
I guess something I can make at home would be ideal, since there's nothing good to buy for breakfast.
Thanks.
P.S. I exercise in the morning(3 days exercise, 3 days cardio) for an hour as soon as I get up(after drinking a cup of water).
Good Breakfast ????

sugar is good in the morning as you've just fasted overnight so all sugar is taken for replenishment so don't skimp on it here
- too much suag, too much CHO??? don't go outside the air polluted too...not everything is going to perfect is what i'm trying to say...all those options you listed are standard breakfast items that i don;t have a problem with people having...the best bfeakfast? whole eggs and broccoli if you liked a cooked breakfast and oatmeal and fruit if you like a cold breakfast

Examples.
4 Egg Whites+ 1 Yolk, Scrambled, with 2 thin slices of Wheat Toast. You'll only get a bit Cholesterol, and one Yolk a day won't harm, plus Yolks contain Lutein, Protein, and fat soluble Vitamins.
You can cook Bacon, you just cut the rinds off and Grill it.
You could try something like Kedgeree, which is a Fish and Rice meal.
You could also have low Fat Cheese, and Grill it on some Wheat Toast. Better than normal, as it's 50/50 Saturate / Unsaturate.
You could also have a piece of Fruit, give it about 10-15 minutes to start digesting, then maybe boost your Protein and Carbs with a Yoghurt that has friendly bacteria in, and then add some extra Protein in somehow.
Or you could buy something lean like Turkey Ham, Have the classic Ham and Eggs, but obviously scramble a couple of Egg Whites and 1 Yolk, and perhaps do that after you had some Fruit.
Cereal is not too bad for Sugar in some cases, just do your homework, and avoid the kind of ones with Frosting, Chocolate covering, and don't buy ones with Fruit already in them, as the Cereal will hinder Fruit digestion, when they combine in the Stomach.
You get better results having Fruit, waiting 10-15 minutes then eating plain cereal with Milk or water, athough you can add things like Cereal like Honey, Yoghurt, Almonds etc etc, that won't affect digestion.
Or try a healthy version of a classic.
A. 1 piece of Wheat Toast, with or without Unsaturated spread.
B. 2 Egg Whites and a Yolk Scrambled.
C. 3 Some Grilled Mushroom and Tomato.
D. Some Baked Beans.
E. (Optional). Possibly one piece of Bacon Rind cuts or a Sausage, grilled in both cases. Grilling allows for some Sausage Fat to drain away.
So you get a take on the classic Fry up, with scrambled, toasted, and grilled ingredients.
You've got plenty of options so go explore

Thanks for the suggestions.
I was horrified when I read the label for a dozen eggs.
Just 1 medium egg had 87% cholesterol in terms of the daily recommended diet. And most people buy large and extra large
eggs.....
The fish and rice meal seems pretty tempting, since I'm trying to move away from meat and only eat fish.
Thanks.
