grapefruit a fat burner???

grapefruit a fat burner???

i've been told that eating grapefruit is a good fat burner, is this true???
is there any other foods out there that burn fat????

no one food burns fat, same as no one exercise does...it CAN assist though, yes

lol I tought that Swanso would have said :

Diet
Deadlifts
Squat
Plyos
Sprints


For "fat burning" food, i don't know about grape, tough grape are very healthy for the hearth (colesterol control) and grean tea is thermogenic and antioxidant too .... Brocolis are natural test booster witch help burn fat too ... But the key is more stated above :wink:

Pink Grapefruit is better. Pink Grapefruit contains Lycopene, ordinary doesn't.

However I'm not sure it would burn fat or not. Any potential Sugar content might be used for energy, although by default some that the body, wouldn't need would be converted to Fat in the Liver, and more of it probably because of inactivity.
