i look for different workout routines.... and ones i can do with limited equipment... most of the workouts i found online expect you to have tons of different machines/equipment and i end up switching the exercises and doing a completely different routine...
p.s.- it would probably help some people if you put some links about how weight training doesnt necessarily stunt your growth (assuming thats true, i still cant decide) because when i was younger parents were against it b/c they thought it would stunt growth....

There is a train of thought, that very high weight lifting for teens will fuse Growth plates, and I suppose if a teen tried to do massive Squats, with a Bar on their Back, it might cause slight compression issues for the Spine, but generally as said above, it shouldn't cause growth stunting.
What would cause growth stunting, would be things like poor sleep providing poor GH releases, and also poor diet could be responsible.
Also with your site, guessing Teens is virtually impossible.
I can tell you from experience, teens with less than 1 month lifting experience know virtually nothing, and many with more experience, could still ask you about anything.
I've seen them ask about things like Creatine, Supplements, Steroids etc etc after 3 months, when they plateau on their first proper split.
They try to eat about 3,000+ calories a day, because they think if big guys do it, then their 1,500 or less calorie a day diets, won't help them.
True mostly they won't, but such jumps in calories cause "dirty bulking", because their bodies don't need another 1,500+ calories daily, they need about another 200-300 a day to start with, to get progress kickstarted again.
Teens will ask about things they shouldn't do, like 12 set Chest routines. Some even create their own routines with enough volume to probably hospitalise them for a month.
They often want to be like Coleman, Cutler, Materazzo, Schlierkamp etc etc, and think those guys do what they must do also, only they don't know and realise, those guys weren't doing all their diet and training stuff for at least about 4-5 years after starting. They worked up to it, adding more calories and training volume / difficulty, with time and teaching.
Also be prepared for the ones who just use your site, to say dumb stuff like "where can I get Steroids", or I can Bench 350 lbs I'm so strong at 13.
If you're trying to second guess what a teen wants to talk about, regards weightraining and diet, bearing in mind many have things like studies, interfering with their training and diet schedules, you've probably got a great uphill task, as they are the most unpredictable bunch of people to try and cater for.
I don't mean they are annoying or frustrating, except obviously the ones that do stuff like diss people, ask about Steroid suppliers, or post stupid Benching stats to look clever, and with the exception of one guy who thought we should be told how to give him advise, and was a total , all the teens I've seen on here, play it humble regards asking for stuff, learning, and admitting when they make mistakes etc etc.
Pretty much all the teenage folks on here, I've ever seen / helped and on board as well, have made me want to keep coming on boards like this, and running own, because if they don't know much about what they're doing, (hay we all start somewhere), they at least know how to play the game, act humble, and understand what "community" is, and that's a testament to them as people, and I can respect their attitude to their own lives and to people like me.
I wish you well, but catering for one of the most knowledge hungry, sometimes demanding, and sometimes challenging cross section of people, won't be easy.

Probably. I know that GH release in sleep lasts for 2 hours. Never been 100% certain if that's continuous or time released.
On reflection, probably the latter is more likely, though it might be something that could occur for two hours straight, say when you're in the deep sleep phase, that lasts for about 2-3 hours, after I believe the REM phase, (Rapid Eye Movement), and the deep part is probably where Brain function, or I think they called them Alpha Waves, are at the most slow or infrequent, so if GH release was continuous for 2 hours, this might be when it happened.
If not them time release, would be the only other probably physical method of release.
I agree though the growth stunt thing, and other stupid things like that, are too commonly bandied around, so debunking them, is made harder to do.
Even if you convert a few people off the myth, others will latch onto it, like moths to a flame.
