muscle fatigue

Post by nickdino »

..hello everybody......i just had a quick question. i have been going to the gym, this is second month since i have started. And on each workout i increase the weights. The funny thing i have noticed muscles dont sore anymore...i dont get any pains like before.......in the past i use to get soreness on muscles which lasted for 2 days......after 2 days thats when i could resume workouts again. what does that sign mean?...does it mean am showing a big progress???.........thanks........nick.

Ya just keep increasing weight but don't increase sets. 20 sets a workout MAX!

yeah it's not about soreness...as long as your getting stronger and eating enough from week to week, you're going perfectly
