Waterbury Method/ Results
If I do the Waterbury Method correctly for 1 month what type of results should I see regarding muscle growth and fat loss?

A good workout plan will work if you make it work, but also depending on your levels of progress.
If you're a newb whos's been lifting 4-6 weeks, maybe not as good a results, as someone who's been hammering weight for 6 months, but done correctly the programme will yield positive results for your body type / situation.
Not forgetting the subtle interplay, Diet and Cardio may have with training too. They could if not done right impeed a good weghts programme, just as much as implementing it badly or innefectively.
