Okay first question, I was planing on replacing last meal's veggie by a small amount of olive oil, to increase total healty fat income per day, tough I've read a lot of time Bossman saying that we should keep cal/fat low at night ... Should I had it somewhere else or fat from proteins sources are enough ?
Second one, is it true that we should'nt take calcium and magnesium together, I brought a Calcium supplement since calciums intake wasen't really high and in this supplements there's magnesium, VitD and Zinc ...

Well I read somewhere many moons ago, that Calcium and Magnesium can be quite competitive. Something about not taking ZMA, and a Calcium supp together. Can't remember the exact timeframe, but it was either 30 mins or 1 hour, between taking one and taking the other.
I can 't be 100% certain on this, but if in doubt don't double them up.
You need about 1,200 mg's of Calcium a day, so why not try this.
Switch Olive Oil for Almonds. Almonds are one of the best non-dairy source for Calcium, that and Soybeans. Quite a few non-dairy have Calcium, but not in great amounts, those two do, can't remember if any others do have significant quantities off hand, but for a Fats source with Calcium booster, take about 1/4 cup of Almonds instead of Olive Oil, should do the trick. 2 for the price of 1 so to speak.
