im 16 years old 6'1 160 I am currently eating very much around 3000 calories. I Was wondering how many times a week I should be workout out I am curently doing:
Monday- Chest
Tuesday- Shoulders
Wednesday-Back
Thursday-Legs/Abs
Friday-Arms
If you could just post a workout plan how much reps/sets
