Im 16 years old 160 6'1 and trying to bulk up trying to hit 200-225 next Summer 2009 I need a workout routine doesnt matter how many days a week ive heared 3day a week is the best way with rest between each day

. I'd politely suggest that reposting something in another forum section, that has been amended, but is basically the same thing, will potentially do the things I suggested in said PM.
Please understand multiple posting isn't helpful to us, and as explained possibly neither to you. Mulitple postign can include posting something, than posting it again in another section with a slight change of words.
As your original one on the Teenagers section, appears to be essentially the same as this one in essence, that can be classed as multiple posting, so I'm going to leave this here, so you can read and hopefully understand what I'm saying.
You're not in any bother so it's cool, just giving you a heads up.
