I started going to the gym about 9 months ago. I do mostly weights not much running,row or bikeing. Im 15 and im 5.11'' and big boned and 185KG and body fat is 23% befor i started going it was around 35%. Im now eating propperly and trying to get to the gym nearly eveyday but the below is stopping me from doing this.
recovery time is starting to limit amount of training i do witch is quite anoying i cant go 2 gym for 2 - 3 days sum time becouse im still eching, if i do go i cant lift much or do as many reps cos arms just cut owt on me any advice???
- 185kg?? you couldn't be 23% at that wt (typo??)
- what training program are you using? as uaual you're probaby doing too much (chest 1 day, arms the next etc) thus not giving yourself time to recover which is when you grow bigger / stronger...full body workouts 3/week are the way to go mate
- also what are you eating?
