Building muscle tonus

Right now im getting to the point where muscles are at the size i want them to be. Now i just want to build muscle tonus but dont really know how. Could someone tell me a few things i could do? maybe some workout changes or what to eat. Thanks

- train heavy with high sets (10 x 3 etc)
- eat clean so no fat is covering muscle (solid protein, veggies, water etc)

K so ill cut down on meats so i dont get too much fats and drink more protein supplement so i dont lose out on protein content as well. is that ok?

i think he means that you should drink enough water , somewhere about 2-3 litres per day.

i remember swanso explaining this to me...its that cold water helps you more than warm

but it is only such a slight help, that it is barely significant

Has anyone tried the 10x3 6x4 exercises ? whats ur results? do they actually work better than 10x3? not just in theory but anyone ever get better results??

2 litres of cold water brns about 50 extra cal's so it's not the end all of fat loss training / nutrition...i love 10 sets of 3...low reps is where it's at
