Veins
Hi I was wondering, What exactily gives a person those bulging veins. When I look at friends arms they have them all over, and no they dont shoot up. But no matter what I do even if im just as muscular as they are I dont get those veins. I dont know if it has to do with the fact that im not super skinny. Is there a way to get them on purpis. Is there any triks to get them. Any advice would help!

Re: Veins
No tricks...pretty much physiological particulars. Vascularity, muscel tone, body fat are all factors. Start lifting some weights and puton some muscle, I am sure you'll have 1 or 2 pop out.Shadowfrench wrote:Hi I was wondering, What exactily gives a person those bulging veins. Some people that don't even train and are quite skinny (really low ) will show a lot veins, espiacially on the forearms ... Mostly genetcis tough ... With training you'll see some pop up as stated by standApart ... In case, don't ask why, but veins shows up the more when i'm tired, after a workout, after a boxe's fight, during or either when i'm angry ... Rst of the time we see some but not like some other peoples ...
Well veins seem to stick out a hell of alot on forearms, and i do have quite low body fat as obliques are starting to show, most people dont want these veins though, trust me, theyre not a very big hit with the ladies! and also they probably show up more due to them simply doing alot of workouts on specific muscles, tends to make the muscles need more blood flow for oxygen
