i'm 5'9 145lbs I've been doing squats for about 2 months now and i haven't seen a lot of improvement yet......but i feel soar the next day everytime i workout...what gives...plus i do have a REALLY high metabolism(i will be full and about 40mins later im hungry no joke)
I have a decent bicep size but i have a small tricep. The only excercises that get me soar is the bench dips...yet not a lot of improvement again(is it because bench dips only make them defined and not big?). I've tried a variety of excercises on this site and i'm never soar the next day.
I only have a set of dumbells and a bench press bar and mount to lay on. Plz help.
