I'm trying to come up with a routine to build up muscle, I only have access to dumbbells and i'm going for a 3/week fullbody workout and was wondering if what i have is decent. I'm not sure about reps yet I was trying to make sure I was covering all the muscle groups effectivly. I was also thinking about doing ab crunches on each of the days. If you could give me some advice that would be great.
