Routine Help

I'm trying to come up with a routine to build up muscle, I only have access to dumbbells and i'm going for a 3/week fullbody workout and was wondering if what i have is decent. I'm not sure about reps yet I was trying to make sure I was covering all the muscle groups effectivly. I was also thinking about doing ab crunches on each of the days. If you could give me some advice that would be great.

Monday:
Arnold Press
Dumbbell Pullovers
One Arm Dumbbell Rows
Dumbbell Squat

Wednesday:
Cuban Press
Dumbbell Flyes
Bent Over Two-Dumbbell Rows
Stiff Legged Dumbbell Dead Lift
Dumbbell Lunges

Friday:
Push Ups
Iron Cross
Dumbbell Rear Lunge
One Arm Dumbbell Rows
Around the Worlds

i think you should search The Waterbury Method by Chad Waterbury which will be perfect for you with a few exercise modifications...check it out
