Catabolism During Night !

Is this true ? I mean catabolism due to the fact that you're not supplying your body with proteins ... last meal is always few minutes before going to bed, but would it be a good idea when I go to the toilet (during night I mean) to have a pre-made protein shake to take ? Or I should'nt worry about that at all ?

yes it's true...the best way for a mid night shakle is to yes, drink before bed so when you get up to wee you'll have your shake then...don't deliberatley set your alarm though or you'll wreck your sleep which is more important

I don't even have to drink before bed lol, I go wee as you say at least one or two time a night w/o water ... The question comes after I've read one of the article from Eric Cressey so I asked here if i had to worry about this :(

Do half portion of shake (23g of proteins, casein/whey/egg mix) is enough ? Or should I take a full portion ?

Just gor a straightforward Casein. Cheap, and does the job, if you need it.
