Hi well tell u the truth i don't reall y have a diet plan was hoping from someone to give me great advicewhat what to eat for the whole day...
ATM i just it light but when i'm real hungry i eat heaps...I'm doing great weights and do a small amount of cardio but look to do what ever it takes...
Some 1 told me to just eat what ever i wanted to but make meals small...
I have whey protein which i just take in the morning and some wheat bix
and crap some crap through the day and a dig dinner...I just need to know how to fit it all in...

I'm assuming you can exercise so I'm just going to give you the basic diet rules...
- Don't ever skip breakfast
- Eat a certain amount of calories in 5-6 small meals a day Go here to see how many calories you need to eat to lose weight fast
- Avoid sugars, refined carbs, and sodas not for the simple fact that they're bad for you but eating these foods makes you crave fr more and more of these foods which makes you gain weight
- Eat lean proteins like baked chicken and fish plus whey or soy protein shakes
- Eat fruits and vegetables of course - Apples are the best because they suppress our appetite longer - An apple a day keeps the weight away
- Eat unsalted cashews and almonds
- Get more fiber from bran muffins and cereals
- take a break and have a cheat meal once a week
- If you're able to - exercise some
