When i work out i usually do whatever i can. I dont have a basic routine most of the time its a totally random work out every day.
I now started to get into doing the same exercises everday but each day i work more than one body part.
What i am trying to ask is should i focus on one specific body part every day and do many exercices for that part?
--or--
Is it just a good to work a couple body parts each day a little of each and just repeat that routine every day?
Best type of muscle builing Technique??

I would encourage you to follow a simple, full-body routine that you would perform 3x a week. Following a set routine enables you to organize your workouts and track your progress. Your results are directly related to the progress that you make in the gym each workout.
This routine should consist of basic compound exercises that work several muscles at once. Examples include squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, and pull-ups.
An example of a routine would be:
Monday: Back Squats, Bench Press, Chin-ups.
Wednesday: Front Squats, Incline Dumbbell Press, Bent-Over Row.
Friday: Deadlifts, Overhead Press, Inverted Rows.
I hope this helps. Hit me up if you have any questions.
