working out arms/back, triceps/chest

Post by chadchrys »

Is it better to work out biceps and triceps at the same time, or working out tri's with chest, and arms with back?

Neither is really better. In fact, it's not even necessary to split up body parts. Full body workouts are very effective for both building muscle and losing fat. I foyu want to split up your body part a popular workout is the push/pull split. Here you would work legs one day, pull movements another day (back and biceps), and push movements another day (chest, shoulders, triceps). Hope that helps.

listen to the woman...give arms the arse and just do benches and rows heavier for arms...if you have time left do 5 - 10mins only of arms but not at the expense of anything else
