Advice please

Post by martialartist »

Hello, I'm new to this forum.
I'm still growing. I have between 2 and 5 inches left to grow (probably).
I've started working out more frequently (in addition to martial arts training) I'm worried about stunting height. I read that lifting can stunt your growth. I'm mainly doing stuff like pull-ups, push-ups, cruches, ab wheel rolls, speed bag, light weights. None of this will stunt growth right?

None of that shouldnt. What i heard is that a lot of heavy strength training and not consuming enough food is what causes stunted growth. Im pretty sure pushups and pullups are a way to prevent that.
