I'm not motivated anymore..about working out, eating healthy...but im sloely beginning to...again....I have a friend who I kept telling him about working out/eating healthy...and he startd, and it's motivating me...but a little..
I don't know what I'm looking for anymore.
body seems Ok. Just the usual fat in stomache -yes, I know, diet, good food etc.
I have stopped eating 5-6 times a day, because I'm not longer getting hungry...as i used to before.
I won't say I'm not active, but I won't say i'm active either..I'm somewhere in between...really.
body seems the exact same..it's not bad really..in the morning I have that nice flat stomache as in usual, i eat a little..and its out there sticking =)
How healthy I am inside? Pretty bad...I should come here more often..maybe it will motivate me again..What do you think?
I need a kick down! Be harsh =D!
Not motivated..

what do you enjoy about training? why do you train?
answer these questions than focus on those answers...
if you like to run then run...if you like to do 100 rep deadlifts then do 100 deadlifts...if you train to look hot, then keep that in mind as you work towards your goal
you know what's required but you put too much pressure on yourself...you need to stop being so self critical about every little thing about your body, ecspecially these "...last night i was 48.7kgs and today i'm 49.4kgs..."
you need an overall outlook...really analyse what your getting out of your training...if your not getting anything then you probably need a better / new regime
also if your goal is to lose wt then that's fine but if this doesnlt happen it;s not the end of the world...maybe you increased your push ups though or you ran 3 miles in less time...these are "wins" for you and will contribute overall to your fat loss goal

Consider this as well.
Lowered Blood Pressure.
Stronger Bones and Connective Tissues.
Reduced risk of killer diseases.
Better immune health.
You potantially can make all these happen, with training and diet, but you probably forget you do things like this don't you, because you can't see them.
Nobody looks in a mirror and says hay diggin' them solid Bones, and that Blood pressure is lookin' good. You're probably someone who forgets you're doing that, so don't think because not much happens to you, that you can visably see, that means not much happens overall. There's more going on than you realise.
