i need help :(

hey ... well i really need help with loseing weight i weight like umm chingos (alot) and not sure what diet plan or work out plan to do . i would go all professional and get a trianer but i can't aford one . i need to lose about 125 pounds just to get to goal weight of 160 i belive thats right .... yeah well if any one can help me thanks !!!

p.s i am a very active person i play sports but just i don't seem to be loseing the weight PlZ HELP !!! :( :!: :!: :!: :!: :!:

I hope I can be a help, you need to go to your doctor if you are serious about it, have a complete physical and see how is your overall health, then ask the doctor for advice, can you have a nutritionist, they are wonderful and handy, they tell you exactly what to eat according to your type of body and needs of the day, and activity, you will learn tons of things, it is better that way instead of jumping to a diet that wont work, believe me I have been up and down, a yo-yo dieter and it didnt help me at all. peace :)

hi whats your deit like? you can be very active and still not lose b/c of what you are eating.

here is eating plan

Calories/day-1290, Carbs/day 177g, fat/day 43g, protein/day 48g

and i workout 6 days a week for 45 mins am & pm
plus i am a stay at home mom take care of 3 yrs old and 2 month old.
and housework.

Hello Dear,

if problem is serious enough then you must first consult with your doctor. and accordingly you have to take some action to lower your weight.
about diet plans, you must take some advice from the people who have already take it and accordingly adopt any diet plan once you confirmed about the pros and cons of diet plans and choose the right diet plan afterwards.

well you can collect a lot of information on weight loss and diet through online resources.

Like most people said, go to a doctor etc. but, maybe its your diet and the amount of food you eat? *sigh* this was no help* but really, i think the diet is the key tho,..,

What's your age?

I'm 52 and discovered that losing the weight gets harder as I get older.
